Heinrich Boell foundation offers scholarships to foreign students for learning in public or state recognized higher education institutions in Germany, Switzerland and member countries of the EU.
In addition to priority areas: Culturology, arts, humanities and social sciences, the Foundation offers support in addition to economics, law, engineering, medicine and natural sciences. to compete for a scholarship are invited German and foreign students. The Foundation focuses on supporting students from Eastern Europe and the young women. Requires to candidates from countries not part of the European Union: • - Applicants must be enrolled in a recognized state institution of higher education at the beginning of the stipend; • - Applicants must provide evidence that they already have initial vocational education (this program is intended primarily for those seeking master's degree) • - Applicants must provide proof of good knowledge of German. Currently the Foundation provides scholarships to foreign students to study in third countries for the period up to 4 weeks. Deadline: September 1 (date postmarked).
