"MoDeS" declares competition of young author's drawings on the "HUMAN RIGHTS" theme. The competition’s purpose is to attract attention and increase interest of youth to the problem of human rights, creation of a databank of drawings on the "Human rights" theme. At summarising following parametres are considered: theme disclosing, originality, creative approach, reflexion of the spirit of the time. Requirements to competitive works: the solution 800 x 600, desirable format is JPEG. Work should have accompanying file with the additional information: - The work’s name; - Data of the author (name, surname, contact phone);
